What do I do if my tracking information says the package has been delivered, but I don't have it?

Please contact us immediately. It could be a number of different things going on, but reach out to Customer Care and we will assist. Sometimes the Postal Service will show the package is delivered in tracking, but it doesn't show up until the next day. This doesn't happen very often though. If you have an issue with a Postal Service package missing, I recommend first checking with other residents at your location to see if they picked the package up. Ask your neighbors to see if it possibly was dropped off at the wrong location by mistake. Then call your local post office with your tracking information to show them the package shows delivered, but you have not received it.

Why did my order cost more than it would at my local store?

You can return the items for a full refund, if you are not happy with your purchase.

To clarify, there are more costs than just the product. We do have the cost of getting it to you. Remember, we are like you're personal shopper, so that requires some labor costs. You do get the convenience of having it delivered to you. We also incur a cost to have your package prepared and shipped out to you.
